2014 A New Year

There are two ways of spreading light: To be the candle or the mirror that reflects it  –  Edith Wharton2013 was a challenging and difficult year for so many. It points to the indomitable nature of the human spirit that at the close of each year, we allow ourselves a fresh start; a chance to hit the re-set button and try again. We mark this event in whatever way feels appropriate to us, whether with quiet introspection, or joyful noise.Joy is currently in the rehab center, drawing on her own unshakable spirit to keep moving ahead with her treatments and physical therapy and planning her own fresh start. She wanted me to let you all to know that she feels so blessed to know that you are all out there.
